Purchases and payments
Prices for goods, services and digital products are listed on the website and exclude taxes and fees unless stated. Payments are processed by third-party processors (such as PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Amazon Pay); their terms apply to the transaction.
Cancellations and refunds
Under the website terms, purchases cannot be cancelled once made. A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date to qualify. Deposits and advance payments are not refunded by the website terms.
For vehicle reservations, the rental cancellation policy applies instead: full refund up to 7 days before pickup, one day’s rate from 7 days to the pickup day, no refund for no-shows, and free date changes. The rental terms page has the details.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Services are provided without warranty, express or implied. BEXT USA’s liability is capped at the amount of fees actually received from you.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States. Claims are brought individually; class actions are waived.
